Platform Access
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. QFA may restrict access when accounts are misused or payment evidence is invalid.
Learning and Certificates
Certificates are issued only when the applicable course, attendance, exam, payment, and administrative requirements are satisfied. Verification pages confirm recorded certificate status only.
Payments
Manual and external payments remain pending until verified by QFA. Hosted gateway payments are accepted only when configured and verified through signed provider callbacks.
Content Use
Training materials, downloads, and portal resources are provided for enrolled or authorized users and may not be redistributed without permission.
Changes
QFA may update platform terms, services, and pricing. Material changes are reflected on this page.
